• Mobile and web applications for photo processing

While we strive to ensure compliance with official requirements, final acceptance of photos is at the discretion of the relevant authorities.

User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of our Service, you may be required to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

Payment Processing

• Payment is required before photo processing begins
• We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed
• All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for applicable fees

Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the nature of our digital service, all sales are final once photo processing is complete. However, we offer refunds in the following circumstances:

• Technical issues prevent photo processing completion
• Service errors that cannot be corrected
• Duplicate charges or billing errors
• Requests made within 24 hours of purchase, before processing begins

While we use industry-standard technology to ensure photo compliance, we cannot guarantee that processed photos will be accepted by all authorities or institutions. Final acceptance is at the discretion of the reviewing authority.

You acknowledge that your use of the Service is at your own risk and that you are solely responsible for any damage to your device or loss of data.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PH GLOBAL INDUSTRIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Loss of data or information
• Business interruption or downtime
• Rejection of photos by authorities
• Travel delays or missed opportunities

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim, or $100, whichever is less.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of certain damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PH Global Industries, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any content you upload or submit through the Service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Violation of our Acceptable Use Policy
• Extended periods of inactivity

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings. Upon termination:

• Outstanding payment obligations will remain in effect

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through direct communication shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Sheridan, Wyoming.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us on the Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and us concerning the Service.

Severability
